CNC machining parts clamping and fixture selection issues to be noted

CNC machining of forced vibration, is due to the process system outside the role of periodic interference force caused by vibration. CNC machining of forced vibration and general mechanical forced vibration is no difference, forced vibration frequency and the frequency of the interference force is the same or a multiple of it.

Design datum refers to the datum used to label the design dimensions on the part drawing. In a machine parts drawing, there can be one or more design benchmarks. a and b are mutual design benchmarks; 40mm outer circle is 60mm outer circle design benchmarks; plane 1 is plane 2 and hole 3 design benchmarks, hole 3 is hole 4 and hole 5 design benchmarks; centerline is the design benchmark of the inner hole of 30mm, the gear index circle 48mm and the top circle 50h8mm.
