Precision Machining Installation Sequence and Process
Installation of precision machining order of attention:
1, the arrangement of precision machining sequence, need to follow the “first face after the hole”, “first rough after fine” basic principles.
2, to determine the good knife point and tool change point, once determined, not suitable for replacement.
3, high coaxiality requirements of the hole system, should be in a positioning after the completion of all the processing of the hole system, and then process the other coordinates of the hole system, so as to remove the error generated by the repetitive positioning, enhance the coaxiality of the hole system.
4, according to the tool centralized process for processing, can be good to avoid repeated use of the same tool, reducing the number of times and time to replace the tool.
High parts and components applied to various industries in the testing equipment - instruments, in terms of domestic is mainly applied to instruments in the instrumentation and instrumentation industry.
Mechanical manufacturing and general mechanical manufacturing, compared with the high technical content of the product (design and production), processing equipment is good, high value-added, sales of more than a small number of differentiated characteristics.
Stainless steel materials used in mechanical parts processing:
1, the material is soft and hard moderate, at least one grade lower than the hardness of the machine parts, but also to see the role of the processing of the device is to do what with the correct selection of materials for the machine parts.
2, the hardness of the material requirements, for some occasions, the material is the higher the hardness the better, just limited to the hardness requirements of the processing machine parts, the processing of the material can not be too hard, if harder than the machine parts are unable to process.
In short, precision machining of the material requirements or some, and not what materials are suitable for processing, such as too soft or too hard materials, the former is no need for processing, and the latter is not machinable. Generally speaking, for mechanical processing, the material material should be lower than the hardness of the machine tool, so that it can be processed. Not any material can be processed, some materials are too hard, more than the hardness of the processing machine parts, it may be chipped machine parts, so these materials are not suitable for precision machining, unless it is a special material made of machine parts, or laser cutting.
