Process Flow in Precision Machining
The process flow of precision machining usually includes preparation work, processing procedures, quality testing and packaging. In the preparation stage, the raw materials to be processed are selected, cut, welded and heat treated. In the machining process, according to the different shapes and machining requirements of the required parts, the corresponding machining equipment and machining methods are selected for machining and processing. In the quality inspection stage, the use of three coordinates, optical projector, hardness tester and other equipment for processing samples testing, and strict quality control, each piece of product in line with our quality standards.
